From there we will schedule an appointment to meet at your property. You can either join the appointment in person OR on a video call provided we have access to the inside of the home.
One of our advisors will spend about 30-60 minutes reviewing the property, gathering pictures as well as general information from you to better understand your specific needs we need to meet when buying your home. This process allows us to do price comparisons in your area to ensure you get the most fair offer possible AND helps us understand how to make this as stress free on you as possible.

#2. We make you an offer!
Once our review of your property and goals are complete, our advisor will review with you the details that go into how we arrived at our offer. #3. Select a closing date to get paid.
